Is there a minimum age requirement to attend the show?

We recommend Hercules for ages 6+. Children under the age of 4 (including babies in arms) will not be admitted into the theatre. All persons aged 16 or under must be accompanied by an adult and may not sit on their own within the auditorium. All persons entering the theatre, regardless of age, must have a ticket.

Is photography allowed in the theatre?

The use of camera and sound recording equipment is strictly prohibited.

Is official show merchandise available to purchase?

Merchandise is available to purchase before and after the show, and during the interval inside the theatre. Our merchandise kiosks accept payment by card only. If you have a query about merchandise purchased at the venue, please contact DTG.Merch@disney.com.

Are day seats available?

Day seats are not available, however, prices for all performances start at £29.50.

What are Lightning Performances?

Plan early and book now to take advantage of these select performances. Hercules offers Lightning Performances which can be booked in advance at excellent value with all Stalls/Royal Circle tickets for £49.50, all Grand Circle Tickets for £39.50, and all Balcony tickets for £29.50. Access the best value ticket prices for select performances before they sell out! These performances are indicated on the booking calendar and can be filtered to make selecting them easier.

What is the Family Ticket?

Bring a maximum of two adults, and two or more children (between the ages of 4 and 16) to save with our Family Ticket.

A passenger lift is available to all 4 levels with step-free access and non-transferable wheelchair spaces available on all levels except for the Balcony. Step-free access is available from the Russell St entrance.
